Through it all

Throughout it all, I attempted to persuade God to support me, even presenting proof that I was the one getting the short end of the stick. He acknowledged my pain, admitting that I had been left high and dry. In His arms, He comforted me and promised to always look out for me, making me confident that He would stand by me alone.

But as time wore on, I couldn’t shake the feeling that He was also throwing a lifeline to the one who had wronged me. Slowly, God revealed a broader perspective, guiding me to see the other person through the lens of His boundless compassion. Though this revelation was difficult to accept, He helped me comprehend the depth of His love for all His children, even though it felt terrible.

He convinced me that His justice toward all evil is always about mending what’s broken and offering a second chance to everyone, rather than settling scores or giving someone their just deserts
